Arrange and Pre-Arrange Quote Builder – General Price List

The FrontRunner Quote Builder is an excellent tool to attract more families to your door. Online visitors appreciate the ability to build their funeral package with select services and merchandise, and determine the total cost of their selections in real time. Visitors have the ability to customize their arrangements and make an informed decision from the comfort of their own home. Once completed, the quote can be submitted directly to your funeral home, printed as a reference, and / or saved in the system to login at a future date to make changes. Visitors can also choose to prepay their final wishes online, securely and instantly.

To begin, navigate to System Settings > Catalogs > Quote Builder GPL.

On the opening screen, there are two sections: General Price Lists and Taxes.

General Price Lists

All previous GPLs created are visible and accessible to Make Active, Configure (Edit), and Copy.

To find a particular GPL, adjust the Show Entries number from 10 to 25, 50 or 100. You can also use the Search function at top right or click on the Previous – Next buttons below the GPL listings.

Create New GPL

Click on the yellow Create New GPL button and within the pop-up window, type in the GPL Name. Save

*Whenever you need to return to the main general price list menu, click on the Back to GPL List button at top left.

• To change the name of your GPL, click on the pencil icon to the right of the Name field and make changes. Save by clicking on the disc icon. (Click on the X if no changes are made.)
• To change the status of the GPL, click on the pencil icon to the right of the Status field and select Active, Inactive, or Archived from the dropdown menu. (Click on the X if no changes are made.)

Create New Tax

Click on the yellow Create New Tax button. Fill in the Tax Name and Tax Rate %. Save. Each tax rate created can be applied to applicable product or package.

To find a particular tax, adjust the Show Entries number from 10 to 25, 50 or 100. You can also use the Search function at top right or click on the Previous – Next buttons below the tax listings. Click on the Edit button to change any tax description.
