We take our support policies seriously and when a customer is in need of help, we focus on their needs until a solution is found. With our funeral home background, we treat all Emergency Support requests with the same attention as our customers do when a family calls during their time of need!

Methods of obtaining support:

  • Email or request a phone call: There is a support form you can fill out which will be emailed to our support team letting them know your question and whether you want an email or call back. Navigate to Main > Help Desk > Support Request.
  • Live Chat: If this feature is available in your system, you can request a live chat with a support representative. If the chat shows as offline, your question will be emailed to our support team.
  • Emergency After Hours Support: Our support team is available by phone or email after hours. There is a $65 fee per phone call (anytime outside of 8am-5pm EST, also including holidays).
