Your Success Coach will create an API number and send to your management company. Once the API number is set up by the management company, the syncing process will work.
Where to Start
Everything starts in your management system. Create a record and then push the details over to the FrontRunner system. There will be a button to do so. Once done, a Book of Memories will automatically be created for the website.
If the integration isn’t working properly, contact your Success Coach to determine and help resolve the issue.
