This section of Arranging Director allows you to access and maintain all timesheet information for all employees.
Navigate to Arranging Director > Timesheets.
Timesheet Maintenance
Enter the starting date of this timesheet and select the employee. Add or edit data at any time. An informational message will appear if the timesheet has been previously submitted but Admins will still have the ability to edit the data.
Pay Period Administration
The ‘View Pay Period’ option will show you all timesheets entered for your selected pay period.
The employees Regular ®, Overtime (O), Sick (S), Vacation (V) and Holiday (H) hours will be detailed. The annual time off summary will follow the pay period history section. The Earned hours are obtained from the values entered for the employee via Data Setup > Employee Maintenance. The used hours are calculated from past timesheets.
After the employee’s name there may be an icon. The ‘envelope with arrow’ icon indicates that this week has been previously submitted. The ‘lock’ icon indicates that the timesheet has been locked against employee/non-administrator edits but it has not been submitted yet.
The Print button with create a PDF document of the current pay period and time off summary.
‘Lock User Edits’ prevents employees from editing previously added timesheets. Use this if you are not ready to email your timesheets but you wish to disable edits.
When you are ready to email your timesheets to whoever you have designated in your setup, (Admin > Setup Timesheet Values) simply select the pay period and click the ‘Lock and Submit’ button. The timesheets for this pay period will be emailed and the timesheets will no longer be editable by non-administrators.
