Question: Is the family notified about all purchased memorials?

Answer: The funeral home determines whether or not the family will be notified of any updates within their loved one’s Book of Memories. Depending on the type of record, Basic or Standard, will depend on where the Family Login section is found.

Question: A client has lit a candle by check but does not know where to send it to.

Answer: Checks can be mailed to:
