The Service Details section of the Book of Memories automatically generates a Google map so online visitors can verify the location and directions to the visitation, service, interment and reception.
Visitations
Once the number of public visitations is selected, a corresponding number of sections will appear. Select the visitation location or Add a new location. A pop-up window will appear. To learn how to add a location, please refer to Databases. Enter the dates and times. Follow the same steps for any private visitations.
Service
Select the service location or Add a new location. A pop-up window will appear. To learn how to add a location, refer to Databases. Enter the date and time. If the service is private, check the box to Hide Service Date on Web.
Additional Services
To incorporate additional, personalized services in the Book of Memories, click on ‘Additional Services’ in the left menu. (If that is not an option in the record, check with your Success Coach to add it.) Once the page is accessed, ‘Add New Service’ at top right. The following fields are mandatory:
- Service Name
- Service Date
- Location
- Service Time
If the Location is new (has not been entered in the system), add the location name and address information. Add any additional information and Save. This information will be automatically added to the main and service details pages within the Book of Memories. This feature can be used to complement or replace the existing service and visitation fields.
Service Options
Information added here will be accessible if accessing stationery program.
Interment
Select the interment location or Add a new location. A pop-up window will appear. To learn how to add a location, refer to Databases.
Reception
Select the reception location or Add a new location. A pop-up window will appear. To learn how to add a location, refer to Databases.
