Navigate to a Record > Printing > Forms Printing.
Hover over Forms and select Print. To build or edit a form, select Build.
Click on Preview to view, add data or modify fields before printing.
Verify the Information on the Form
Select Preview to populate the form with a record’s information. Select Enter Data at the bottom.
- White box – information is pulling from the client editor.
- Red box – either the information was never entered in the record or the system doesn’t incorporate the information and it will have to be added manually.
If there are any red boxes, replace the text and select the button to place the information in the record. If there are fields that do not apply to this record, leave red.
Before printing, select Preview to confirm the information is correct. Print.
How to Re-Align or Re-Format Information
Select Modify Fields to correct any fields that are not properly aligned.
- Align a Row – Click the first field and hold down the control key before clicking other fields in the row. Right-click the fields and select Align Top Edge.
- Align a Column – Click the first field and hold the control key before clicking other fields in the column. Right-click the fields and select Align Left Edge.
If any fields are not formatting properly, select the field and use the dropdowns at the top of the page.
Before printing, Preview to see how the form will appear when printed. Print.
Add Pre-Built Forms to Your Library
Use the dropdowns to select your country and state/province. Set the Category drop down to Master Forms. Check the ‘Favorite’ box beside any of the forms you will use. Veteran Forms are located in ‘Federal’ in the Prov/State drop down. All ‘Favorite’ forms will load when the Forms Printing section is accessed.
Copy Pre-Built Forms to Your Library
To make changes to a pre-built form, the form must first be copied. Mouse over the Preview button and select Copy.
