SimplyOne Account

This section provides the details of all revenue generation transactions (candle, flower, cards).

Navigate to Main > SimplyOne Account.

The account details all transactions related to the revenue generating features within the Book of Memories (candles, flowers, cards) and displays the amounts earned by your firm.

Balance Sheet

To view the overall Simply One Account balance sheet, choose specific dates or select one of the preset ranges: Today, Week So Far, Month To Date, or Year To Date. The information displayed covers what has been earned and spent during your dates selected.

Transaction Log

Choose a specific date range and click on Reload Data. This will display all candle, flower and card transactions from that specific date range.

Candle Log

Select a specific date range and then ‘Reload Data’. The Candle Log displays the purchaser, the name of the deceased, how much was spent, and how much your funeral home earned from each transaction.

Flower Log

Select a specific date range and then ‘Reload Data’. The Flower Log displays the purchaser, the name of the deceased, how much was spent, and how much your funeral home earned from each transaction.

Card Log

Select a specific date range and then ‘Reload Data’. The Card Log displays the purchaser, the name of the deceased, how much was spent, and how much your funeral home earned from each transaction.
