In December 2014, FrontRunner officially released its new Pulse system. The video below explains one of the major changes we have made with the new software— the Dashboard.
With the dashboard your firm now has key information at your fingertips, without having to jump around to multiple screens. The new system will help you better understand the effectiveness of your online presence, with features such as:
- Our integration with your Google Analytics account gives your staff a snapshot of what visitors are doing on your website.
- The Search History section will help your staff better understand what families are looking for on your website.
- The new Record Analytics section displays information like your cremation rate, as well as the degree of activity that your Book of Memories memorial websites are receiving.
At FrontRunner we also believe in helping your business grow by providing you online tools to both generate revenue and save you money. You will have quick access to these tools on your dashboard:
- Our Simply One section demonstrates the commissions you are earning on your website
- The Loyalty Reward section provides quick access to your loyalty rewards account
- The Staples Advantage button offers an easy link to your Staples account login page. In partnership with Staples, FrontRunner has negotiated great discounts on office products for your firm!
On top of all this, you will have access to great features such as a daily calendar, event schedule, notification center, the message center, and a customizable quick links feature for you and your staff.
