How to Create a Gmail Account

Add Multiple Users

To create more user accounts, click on the Users and groups tab at the top. Click Create a new user.

Enter the first and last names, and username of the new user. You do not need to enter the full email address as it will already have @yourdomainname.com shown. ​You can set a password for this user, otherwise click Create new user and a temporary password will be generated. The new user will be asked to re-enter a password upon their first login.

​Follow the same steps to add more users.
